Bib number Pick Up
The bib-number and its disposable transponder can be collected at the Moonlight Village in Jesolo in Piazza Milano
Race numbers distribution
Race numbers will be assigned depending on the date athletes get registered, the sooner athletes register the lower bib number they have.
The corral, distributed on the basis of the best personal (last two years) will be identified by the color of the bib number.
In the start/finish area there are a lot of Car Park.
Personal clothes storage
A free personal clothes storage from will be granted for athletes.
Services in the start area
In the start area athletes will find changing areas, toilets, place to hand out the runners' bags.
Race timing will be managed by Timing Data Service.
Thanks to the chip applied to the back of athlete's bib number, sensors will record the actual time in which each runner finishes the race.
Times will be recorded at: start (to calculate the net time), 10 km, and finish line.
Times and rankings will be available in real time during the race on the web site www.moonlighthalfmarathon.it
Services along the race course
Athletes will have four refreshment stations with water, biscuits and ProAction products. (at the km. mark: 10, 15 and 20) and three sponging stations (at the km.: 7.5, 12.5 and 17.5). Several musical groups will entertain the athletes and the spectators.
Maximum time - km 10: 1h15'
Maximum time - km 15: 1h55'
Maximum time - half marathon: 2h45'
After these times the organization cannot guarantee complete closing of the race course.
Services in the finish area
After the finish line athletes receive the commemorative medal.
They enter then the technical area where they find: the final refreshment station, the personal clothes' bags area, the changing rooms with shower and toilets.
A thorough medical assistance service will be offered by the organizing committee in collaboration with local medical facilities.
Ambulances and motorbikes will follow the race.
