  • Moonlight Halfmarathon registration
  • Twelve-weeks-program in a special app and 36 trainings useful to run an half maathon. An original program created by the personaltrainer Julia Jones, with three weekly trainings with incorporated exercises. You will find instrucions to follow the trainings and improve your running technique. Our nutritionist, doc. Elena Araldi to find new energies.
  • A private Facebook group where participants can share your ideas about the week's trainings and to encourage themselves for this three months experience.
  • Once a week there will post direct videos with suggestions to complete your trainings successfully.
  • Personal assistance in the private group - you can ask questions, we will answer in 24 hours during the week.

  • you already run for 5km easily.
  • you are ready to commut to train harder for three times/week, for 45 - 60 minutes.

  • A mental warm-up to focus on the aim and reaffirm your will to run - before starting the trainings.
  • A starting guide for active runners, with information about shoes, wearing and essential equipment.
  • Eight-weeks-program in a special app and 24 trainings useful to run 10km. An original program created by the personaltrainer Julia Jones, with three weekly trainings with incorporated exercises.
